From the early days of cutting-out magazine clippings to cover the walls of her family’s Singaporean rental (always to the soundtrack of MTV’s Making the Video), Luna has nurtured her unique passion for form, storytelling and compelling visuals.

A warm and welcoming individual, Luna has worked in a wide range of artistic fields, from the theatre to film sets, the art gallery and major Arts festivals. Before directing, she has forged her skills working as an art director, and in the camera department for some of Western Australia’s most prominent DOPs. From this, she developed a diverse and eclectic curatorial background.

Her work has appeared on television, online and in art galleries, and has been nominated for and won numerous industry awards.

In the commercial world, Luna has produced countless digital and TV campaigns for the likes of MSWA Mega Home Lottery, Curtin University, Edith Cowan University, P&N Bank, Canteen via agencies located Australia-wide.

Whether directing documentary films, commercials or music videos, it’s a fascination with simple, yet poignant human stories that motivates Luna to create honest, challenging and thought-provoking video works.
